Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from China, where our logistics and fulfilment center is located.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time: 3 to 14 business days, depending on:

Delays caused by customs, international carriers, or external circumstances cannot be attributed to Perfect Trade SAS.

Shipping Fees

We offer several shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery: May be free or charged depending on promotions and destination.

  • Express Delivery: Paid option, calculated at checkout.

All shipping fees are clearly displayed before payment.

Damage or Lost Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or excessively delayed, Perfect Trade SAS will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.

A replacement or refund may be provided depending on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • They are unused

  • They are returned in their original packaging

  • They are reported within the legally allowed timeframe

Perfect Trade SAS reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to improper handling

  • Products returned without prior authorization

  • Products that do not match the original order name or reference

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after:
