TERMS OF SALE

1. General Information These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from ZenFlame through our online store at zen-flame.store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Product Information We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors or product details will be accurate.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed
  • Payment is due at the time of order
  • We accept : Visa,Apple Pay, Master Card, Paypal, American Express, Shop Pay, Carte Bancaire (CB)

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights) In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement to contact.zenflame@gmail.com.

5. Returns If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

6. Refunds We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery times and costs are specified during checkout
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
  • We ship all around the world

8. Warranty Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Defective products may be returned within the legal warranty period.

9. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
